TimeTrak Systems terminals read your existing badges and most currently-used badges and even access control / parking badges. When your staffing requirements expand, your time and attendance system can also expand – easily. TimeTrak strives to maintain support for and compatibility with all older terminals as you add newer terminals of any type.

Schedules can be enforced right at the terminals and restrictions can be applied to multiple terminals usage; terminals accommodate seven days of schedules. Managers and supervisors can modify records to add missing punches or swipes, add hours for vacations, sick days, business travel, etc. They can also override restrictions. The terminals provide the ultimate in badge-generated data handling. Each standard terminal supports 10 user-defined function keys with 10 unique levels of prompting and validation. Automatic configurable shut-down in the event of a power failure. The terminal can retain its data for two months. The battery ensures up to 6 hours functioning time (magnetic reader versions). It is configurable to turn off after a desired number of minutes.
